Yesterday, the Council of Ministers approved a Royal Decree-Law that includes, among other measures, the extension of the Verifactu Regulation’s entry into force until 2027, according to the Ministry of Finance.

Yesterday, the Council of Ministers approved a Royal Decree-Law that includes, among other measures, the extension of the Verifactu Regulation’s entry into force until 2027, according to the Ministry of Finance.

Although the approval is now public, the Royal Decree-Law has not yet been published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) and must be submitted to a vote in the Spanish Congress within 30 days, where it may be ratified or repealed. Until then, the extension is not final.
