Through the publication of Order TDF/39/2026 in the Official State Gazette (BOE), a mechanism has been set up to reuse unspent or relinquished funds from previous rounds and make them available again to SMEs and self-employed professionals.

This reactivation does not operate like a traditional call with a rigid calendar, but rather as a continuous funding pool.
Until Funds Are Exhausted: There is no fixed deadline; grants will remain active continuously until 100% of the remaining budget is used.
Grant Amounts by Business Size: The established funding tiers based on employee count remain the same:
Segment I (10 to 49 employees): Up to €12,000
Segment II (3 to 9 employees): Up to €6,000
Segment III (0 to 2 employees / freelancers): Between €2,000 and €3,000 (depending on the case)
This phase focuses on businesses that were unable to complete the process in earlier rounds:
Pending or Rejected Applications: If you submitted an application previously that was shelved due to budget depletion or fixable documentation issues, you now have the opportunity to reactivate it.
New Freelancers/Self-Employed: Seniority requirements have been relaxed, allowing applications after just 6 months of registration in the self-employed system (RETA).
